Private things stay private

Does HIOZ replace my existing house manual?
Yes. HIOZ covers everything a written house manual does — arrival, Wi-Fi, appliances, house rules, checkout — but builds it from a video walkthrough and keeps it interactive, searchable and multilingual.
What languages does HIOZ support?
Nine at launch: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish and Arabic. Guide text and subtitles are translated automatically.
Can Ask HIOZ give wrong answers about my property?
Ask HIOZ only answers from your guide content and walkthrough transcript. If the answer isn’t in your material, it says so and points guests to your contact details instead of guessing.
How do PINs and expiring access work together?
You create a guest access entry per stay with a PIN and validity window. Guests enter the PIN once to unlock sensitive sections for their stay; when the window closes, the PIN stops working.
Is there a limit on videos or guests?
Guests are always unlimited — visits, views and QR scans are never charged. Plans are priced only on how many properties are live at once.
