Terms of Service
The agreement between you and HIOZ when you build and publish guest guides.

1. The service
HIOZ, a product of ReHub Studio, lets property hosts record walkthrough videos and turn them into secure, multilingual digital guest guides with AI-generated content. HIOZ accounts are ReHub accounts; the ReHub Studio Terms also apply.
2. Building, trials and plans
Building a HIOZ — creating properties, uploading videos, drafting and previewing guides — is free. Publishing a guide requires a live-property allowance. Your first live property includes a one-time 14-day free trial that starts when you first make a property live. After the trial, paid plans apply as described on our pricing page. Draft, paused and archived properties are unlimited and unbilled. Guests are never charged.
3. AI-generated content
Guide sections, translations and Ask HIOZ answers are generated automatically from your recordings and content. You are responsible for reviewing your guide before publishing, including safety-critical instructions. Ask HIOZ answers only from your content, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of what you publish.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of your videos and guide content and grant us the licence needed to host, process (including AI transcription and translation), and serve it to your guests. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload and that it contains no unlawful content.
5. Guest access and security
You are responsible for deciding what to include in guest-visible content and for using the provided protections (PINs, access windows, sensitive sections) for confidential details such as door codes. Do not share credentials you are not permitted to share.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use HIOZ to distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content, to attempt to access other users' data, or to circumvent usage limits or security controls.
7. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the billing period. If payment fails, live guides may be paused after a grace period. Cancelling never deletes your content.
8. Liability
HIOZ is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate guide content you publish or from third-party outages.
