Walk around your property with your phone and explain things the way you would to a friend: how the heating works, where the bins go, what the Wi-Fi password is. One take or several clips — whatever suits you. HIOZ handles the video processing automatically.
2. HIOZ understands it
HIOZ transcribes your walkthrough, detects every topic you covered and drafts guide sections — Wi-Fi, arrival, kitchen, heating, house rules, checkout and more. Each section links to the exact moment in your video where you explained it. Anything sensitive, like a key-safe code, is flagged so it stays private.
3. Review and edit
You stay in control. Reorder sections, tweak wording, hide anything you don’t want shown and add local recommendations. The editor is built for a quick once-over, not a writing project.

How long does it take to set up a HIOZ guide?
Most hosts record a 5–15 minute walkthrough and review the drafted sections in one sitting. There is no manual writing: HIOZ creates the structure and text from your video.
Do I need special equipment to record?
No. A modern phone camera is all you need. You can record directly in the browser, use your camera app, or upload existing video files.
What happens if something in my property changes?
Edit the section text at any time, or record a short new clip for the part that changed. Your link and QR codes stay the same — guests always see the latest version.
Can I preview the guide before guests see it?
