Who we are

HIOZ is a product of ReHub Studio (rehub.studio). HIOZ accounts are ReHub accounts, and this policy should be read together with the ReHub Studio Privacy Policy, which governs account data, billing and shared infrastructure.

What we collect on this website (hioz.studio)

Analytics (optional): with your consent, anonymous usage analytics to understand how visitors use our marketing pages. Declining the cookie banner disables this entirely.
Campaign data: if you arrive via a marketing link, campaign parameters (UTMs) may be passed along when you create an account, so we know which content is useful.
Email: if you contact us, we keep the correspondence.

What hosts share in the app (app.hioz.studio)

Account details (email, name) held in the shared ReHub account system.
Property content you upload: walkthrough videos, guide text, property details, local recommendations. This content is stored securely and used only to provide the service — including AI transcription, section drafting and translation.
Billing is processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

What guests share

Guests never create accounts. Guest guide analytics (views, section opens, questions asked) are recorded against an anonymous session identifier, never a guest identity.
Questions asked to Ask HIOZ are processed to generate an answer from the host's guide content and logged for the host's analytics without personal identifiers.

Guest guide privacy

Guest guides are private stay content. They are excluded from search engine indexing, served through secure access checks, and sensitive sections (such as key-safe codes) are only available to guests with a valid stay PIN during their access window.

Data retention and your rights

Hosts can delete properties, guides and videos at any time from the app; deletion removes the underlying stored media. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@hioz.studio.

Processors

We use a small number of processors to run the service: Supabase (database, storage, authentication), Stripe (payments), Google (AI processing of walkthrough content for transcription, drafting and translation) and our hosting providers. Each processes data only on our instructions.
